Thank you for choosing Provision Probiotics. We are committed to delivering your animal health supplements safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Provision Probiotics. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The weight and size of your order
- Your selected shipping method
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount - check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is secure or consider having packages held at a carrier facility for pickup.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships - contact us immediately.
7. Product Storage During Transit
Our probiotic supplements are formulated to withstand normal shipping conditions. However, we recommend:
- Bringing packages inside promptly upon delivery
- Storing products according to label instructions immediately upon receipt
- Avoiding prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures
8. Temperature-Sensitive Products
While our products are stable during standard shipping, we recommend:
- Ordering during moderate weather when possible
- Choosing expedited shipping during extreme heat or cold
- Contacting us if you have concerns about shipping conditions to your area
9. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States at this time.
10. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs delays (if applicable)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our control
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and collect additional shipping fees.
12. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
