FOOD SAFETY NOTICE - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Due to food safety and health regulations, all food and probiotic products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept this policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Because our products are ingestible supplements and classified under animal food/feed products, we enforce a strict non-returnable policy to protect product integrity and comply with food safety standards.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All ProVision animal probiotic products — including powders, gels, pastes, chews, and supplements — are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

This policy exists due to:

- Food and supplement safety regulations
- Contamination prevention standards
- Storage and handling quality control
- Inability to verify post-delivery storage conditions

For the safety of all animals, we cannot restock or resell returned ingestible products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ProVision is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our non-returnable policy.
